We have 3 facilities furnished with care and originality.

All rooms are warm and friendly. Sobriety and - at the same time - cheerfulness in the things surrounding us. We offer nine spacious bedrooms and two of these have a kitchenette.

The rooms are full of light, silent and equipped with air conditioning. They are always well cleaned just like the rest of the house.

Both facilities are well connected to the centre of the city and the public transport service enables our guests to easily reach all locations of major concern in Rome, some of these are the new underground line "A" (50 m or 54 yd away from the stop "Baldo degli Ubaldi"), the bus service (line 49 and 46 - 45 night shift with a stop in front of the B&B). Furthermore the taxi parking area located in Piazza Irnerio (50 m or 54 yd away) will help you in your movements.
All rooms are comfortable, elegantly furnished and have a TV, air conditioning and private bathroom.  The bathrooms have been given special attention, they have recently been renovated and are very spacious.
Our facilities are surrounded by all kind of shops (pharmacy, bar, restaurants, boutiques, markets, cleaner's, pizza restaurants et cetera) therefore you will be able to find any service you may need within the area.
